All Australian orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge.

All Australian orders under $100 will incur a flat rate $15.00 fee.

All international orders will be shipped with Australia Post Standard Parcel services (5-9 days) and incur a cost depending on the size and weight of the order placed.

For European customers, all items will have Value Added Tax (VAT), formal clearance and customs clearance fees applied by the European Union. These must be paid by the customer when notified by the postal services in their region.

Please consider your delivery address and ensure that the correct details have been entered at checkout.

All orders will be left at the delivery address without a signature required. If you do not wish to have your order left without a signature, or you have any other special requirements please email stephsurfshop@gmail.com with your request.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

We will take all reasonable care to package your order appropriately, but will not be liable for any damaged goods or missing items lost in transit.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent tracking details via email.

Any damaged or lost orders will be subject to an investigation with our carriers which could take up to 10 days.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to supply the goods within the order and you will be contacted directly in this event.
